 Here are step by step instructions by nubar:

 STEP 1: Wash nails or toes and make sure all nail polish from the last manicure or pedicure is off.  Use nubar’s Non-Acetone Cucumber Nail Polish Remover if you still have on polish.
STEP 2: File nails using a 180/220 grit nubar Nail File. This helps shape and prepare the nail for the polish.
STEP 3: Next, use nubar Cucumber Cuticle Oil or Bioplex Cuticle Cream around the cuticle area to hydrate the cuticle.
STEP 4: Gently push the cuticles back with nubar Cuticle Pusher. Be sure to wipe off the excess oil or cream off the nails with nubar Cucumber Non-Acetone Nail Polish Remover.
STEP 5:  For Women: Use nubar foundation base coat to prep the nails for polish on the nail tips.  After the base coat has dried, apply the nail polish on the nail tips.
